Big Fogg to Provide Sideline Heating Systems for Super Bowl LX in San Francisco
Big Fogg, Inc. has been selected to provide its sideline heating systems for Super Bowl LX, taking place on February 8, 2026, in San Francisco, California. The championship matchup will feature the Seattle Seahawks and the New England Patriots.
This marks the 18th Super Bowl in which Big Fogg’s sideline heating and cooling systems have been deployed. For 12 of those Super Bowls, the NFL has authorized Big Fogg technicians to install, manage, and maintain equipment directly on the sidelines throughout the game—underscoring the league’s long-standing trust in the company’s technology and expertise.
Christopher Miehl, President of Big Fogg, will once again be part of the sideline operations team for the game. Reflecting on the Seahawks’ and Patriots’ previous Super Bowl meeting in 2015, Miehl recalled:
“I was standing on the Seahawks sideline when Russell Wilson threw the pass to the five-yard line with under a minute to play. When Marshawn Lynch ran to the one-yard line, I was certain the next plays would be runs for the winning touchdown. Instead, the pass was intercepted, and the Patriots won. The Seahawks’ sideline fell completely silent. Moments later, as Tom Brady accepted the Super Bowl MVP award, our misting fans were already being deployed. Our misting fans have since become a staple throughout NFL and NCAA football. We were the first in the marketplace, and we remain the best.”
During the 2026 Championship Games, Big Fogg supplied 12 heating benches—six per sideline—along with full sideline heating systems for the NFC Championship game between the Seattle Seahawks and the Los Angeles Rams. The company also provided heating benches for the AFC Championship game in Denver.
Earlier this year at the Peach Bowl in Atlanta, the Oregon Ducks initially contracted Big Fogg for sideline misting fans. The night before the game, the team requested six heating benches and six sideline shade structures to match their opponent’s setup. Big Fogg mobilized overnight to ensure all equipment was delivered and installed at the Georgia Dome prior to kickoff.
In 2025, Big Fogg recorded its most successful year to date for heating benches, cooling benches, and misting fans across both NFL and NCAA sidelines.
